NOTE YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE COMPLETED THE BASICS COURSE OR KNOW HOW TO USE A SEWING MACHINE WITH A BIT OF SKILL
In this Beginners garment sewing course you will learn the basic skills needed for simple garments In the first 6 classes. If the group elects to continue we will carry on with a further 4 classes of the 10 class option in which you will create a more advanced garment with a button stand, collar (shirt) or a dress with similar techniques.

How to read patterns and choose the correct size for you
About a range of different seam finishes
How to assemble basic garments like T shirts, trousers/shorts, a skirt or top with facings or binding, dress/shirt
