Are you a designer, crafter or hobby sewist without a dedicated studio? Do you want time away from home while you work on a creative project? Are you a hobby sewist or crafter wanting some interaction whilst you enjoy a set-up studio space? Are you like me, you find it easier to work with focussed people around you? Then the Sew it Together Open Studio sessions or may be what you need. We are now offering a daily rate, or a weekly or monthly package. HOW IT WORKS: Open Studio sessions will be on specific days and evenings and are calculated on a daily rate. A weekly or monthly package gives you more access than the Open Studio session. A DAY PASS Thursdays 9-3.30 R350 will give you access to: Cutting tables, dressmakers dummies, rulers, french curves or similar. Cutting mats Use of the kitchen area Domestic sewing machines and overlockers Electric cutting straight knife or electric rotary cutter Semi Industrial Nina straight stitch. Great for heavier work or simply working faster. Dressmakers dummy Sewing or Cutting Machine use, add on R70 per session WEEKLY PASS R1000- Tuesday to Friday 9-3.30pm Same as the Day Pass plus: Dedicated Makers Hot desks on a first come basis. We have 3 Makers desks, aside from 4 standing or cutting tables Sew it Together pattern & Skills development library. MONTHLY PASS R2800 - Monday to Saturday - Choose your own hours within reason - We can discuss your needs Same as Weekly Pass Wifi currently not available but will be when the demand justifies the expense. You can use a dongle or hotspot your phone as an option.
